Bushra Bibi granted interim bail in £190 million case
Her interim bail in Toshakhana case was also extended.
Islamabad: The Accountability Court of Islamabad Tuesday granted the interim bail of Bushra Bibi—wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan—in 190 million pound case, while the interim bail was extended in Toshakhana case.
According to details, Islamabad Court Judge Muhammad Basheer heard Bushra Bibi's bail appeal in Toshakhana and 190 million pounds case where Bushra Bibi appeared with her lawyer.
Lawyer of Bushra Bibi took the position that Bushra has a meeting with her husband Imran Khan in Attock Jail at 2 o'clock. National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has also sent summon notices for 2:00pm, if arrest is required, it should be informed first.
The NAB prosecutor took the position that issue of NAB summons is not for the court. There is no need to arrest Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana case.
Court granted Bushra Bibi's interim bail till September 26 against a bond of Rs1,00,000, while the interim bail in Toshakhana case was also extended.
