I never thought I would play a tournament like Asia Cup for Pakistan: Zaman Khan
Zaman Khan said that he will follow the bowling guidance from Shaheen Shah and Haris Rauf in today's match against Sri Lanka.


Karachi: Zaman Khan, a rising cricket talent, expressed his astonishment at being part of the playing XI in the Asia Cup match against Sri Lanka, stating that he never anticipated playing in such a prestigious tournament for Pakistan.
In a video shared on the Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) official platform, Zaman Khan shared his joy at being selected for the Asia Cup and highlighted the significance of this opportunity at the international level.
Zaman Khan also revealed that his practice sessions with senior players, including Haris Rauf and Shaheen Shah, who have extensive experience on these wickets, have been invaluable.
He mentioned that he would be taking guidance from them in today's match.
Pakistan has made five changes to its team for the crucial Asia Cup Super 4 match against Sri Lanka, including the inclusion of Zaman Khan.
Resting Fakhar Zaman, Salman Ali Agha, Faheem Ashraf, Naseem Shah, and Haris Rauf, the team is set to face Sri Lanka with renewed vigor.
