Lahore- The University of Health Sciences (UHS), on Friday, officially announced the result of Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2023. The test for admission to government and private medical and dental colleges was conducted on September 10.
According to the notifications issued by UHS, a total of 65,221 candidates from all over Punjab appeared in MDCAT. Out of these, 54,131 candidates scored above 50 percent. The highest score achieved was 193/200, which is equivalent to 96.50 percent.
According to the policy of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, candidates must score a minimum of 55 percent marks in MDCAT for admission to medical colleges, while a minimum of 50 percent marks is required for admission to dental colleges. The results of MDCAT can be viewed on the UHS website www.uhs.edu.pk, where candidates can download their results by entering their roll number and name.
