The spokesman added that the accused were trying to smuggle drugs through Chaman to Quetta inside Sindh.


Quetta: Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) intelligence foiled drug smuggling in a major operation in Quetta.
According to the spokesperson of ANF, this operation was carried out in Quetta's Western Bypass Mengalabad, during which more than two tons of drugs were recovered from the truck and four drug smugglers were arrested.
The spokesman said that 2,330 kg of hashish installed on the truck was hidden in the secret boxes made in the cement mixture machine. The truck was getting route cleared.
According to the spokesperson, during the operation, a total of four suspects were arrested in a car and a truck that belong to Qila Abdullah, Quetta and Chaman.
The spokesman added that the accused were trying to smuggle drugs through Chaman to Quetta inside Sindh.
A case has been registered against the accused under the Anti-Narcotics Act, while the accused are being investigated to arrest other members of the group.
