The latest reports say that the funeral prayer of the nine years old will be offered tonight in the provincial capital.

Lahore: In a sorrowful development, Ammar, the son of the detained Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ticket holder, Ibad Farooq on Monday passed away.
Ammar's father, Ibad Farooq, had been in custody in connection with the May 9th violence. It was revealed by Ibad Farooq's brother that Ammar had been battling a mental illness. Tragically, the seven-year-old Ammar succumbed on Monday, and his funeral is scheduled to take place tonight.
In a previous alleged audio message addressed to party activists, the arrested PTI ticket holder, Ibad Farooq, claimed to have reached the Lahore Corps Commander House along with party leaders Yasmeen Rashid, Ijaz Chaudhry, and Mahmood ur Rasheed.
The events of May 9th saw violent clashes erupting across Pakistan following the arrest of the former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief at the Islamabad High Court (IHC). Protests were staged in both remote and major cities as party workers expressed their agitation over their chairman's detention. Balochistan, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Islamabad summoned the armed forces to maintain law and order.
During a protest by PTI workers, there were reported attacks on army installations and the Corps Commander's house in Lahore.
It is noteworthy that PTI Chairman Khan was apprehended from his Lahore residence on August 5th following a five-year disqualification and a three-year prison term in the Toshakhana criminal case.
