The chief organizer of PML-N, Maryam Nawaz, will participate in the workers convention.


Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is all set to welcome its chief and former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and in this regard the local body workers convention of party will be held today to mobilize the local body representatives.
According to details, under the auspices of PML-N, a municipal convention will be held today at the ground of Sharif Medical Complex.
The chief organizer of PML-N, Maryam Nawaz, will participate in the workers convention. PML-N Lahore President Saif-ul-Mulok Khokhar, local leadership and workers will also take part.
Former chairman, vice chairman, councilors and Union Council (UC) ticket holders of the city's 274 union councils will participate in the municipal workers' convention.
Former Lord Mayor Lahore Colonel retired Mubasher Javed and former deputy mayors have been invited to the convention as special guests.
The ground of Sharif Medical Complex has been decorated for the municipal workers convention. Former mayors, deputy mayors, former district chairman, vice chairman and former chairman and vice chairman of municipal committees will also participate in the municipal convention.
