Asian Games: Pakistan to play five matches in Squash event today
Pakistan will take on India at 7:00 pm, while in Mixed Doubles Pool D, a match between Pakistan and India will be played at 8:30 pm.
Hangzhou: In the ongoing Asian Games in China, Pakistan will play five matches against India, Singapore, Thailand and Mongolia in the Squash event at Hangzhou, today.
In the Mixed double event of Pool A, Pakistan will take on India at 7:00 pm, while in Mixed Doubles Pool D, a match between Pakistan and India will be played at 8:30 pm.
In the Men's single, Pakistan Muhammad Asim Khan will take on Singapore's Aaron Jon Widajaja at 6:00 pm.
In another event of Squash, Pakistan's Nasir Iqbal will take on Thailand's Natthapat Theerasilp at 7:00 pm.
In Women's Singles Round Noor Ul Ain will face Mangolia's Khulan Purevavjav at 8: 00 pm.
Earlier, Pakistan won the silver medal in the Squash event of the 19th Asian Games at Hangzhou, China on Saturday.
Pakistan performed brilliantly throughout the tournament but fell short in the final and could secure a silver medal as India beat Pakistan 2-1 in the final event.
