PM urges people celebrate this Eidul Fitr in ‘quiet manner with families’
Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan has urged people to celebrate Eidul Fitr in a quiet manner with families.
Taking to twitter, PM extended greeting to Muslims celebrating the festive occasion in Pakistan and elsewhere.
He further asked people to celebrate Eidul Fitr with simplicity due to coronavirus pandemic and to show solidarity with the Kashmiris and Palestinians ‘who are suffering oppression by occupation powers’.
“We are now again beginning to control the spread so it is vital for our ppl to observe SOPs,” he wrote on Twitter.
Two, equally critical is the need for us all to show solidarity with the Kashmiris & Palestinians who are suffering oppression by Occupation Powers in complete violation of their international guaranteed basic human rights.
