Cypher case: Court delays Imran, Shah Mehmood Qureshi charges
The scheduled session of the Official Secrets Act Special Court at Adiala Jail today has been postponed.
Rawalpindi: Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi, the Chairman of PTI, were unable to face charges in the Cypher case.
During a special court hearing at Adiala Jail, the court had scheduled today for the chargesheet, but Chairman PTI Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi were unable to be charged during Tuesday's hearing.
As a result, the court postponed the indictment to the next hearing.
The prosecution couldn't proceed during the previous hearing due to the non-distribution of the challan copies.
However, the court distributed copies of the challan to the accused and rescheduled the case's hearing for a week.
