Eight-hour gas supply for domestic consumers announced
Sui Northern Gas officials said that gas supply will not be stopped for any sector in December.
Islamabad: A major progress has been made for gas supply in winter as the government received additional Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) cargoes to meet gas requirements in December.
According to details, additional LNG will help to meet domestic needs and the available gas will set at 1850 Million Cubic Feet Per Day (MMcf/d) in December. Sui Northern Gas has submitted a proposed supply plan to the government.
Sui Northern Gas officials said that gas supply will not be stopped for any sector in December. Gas will be provided to domestic consumers for eight hours a day, and the full demand of industry and power sector will be met.
