Google Maps' new real-time weather updates for Android
This feature is currently available to limited users.

California: Google Maps, the popular navigation and mapping service, is now rolling out a feature for Android users that was previously exclusive to iPhone devices.
Typically, Google introduces new features on Maps to Android users before expanding to other platforms.
However, one feature that iPhone users have enjoyed for years is now making its way to Android devices.
This new feature, known as "Real-Time Weather Information," allows users to check the weather conditions of a location simply by searching for it.
It's a handy addition for those who want to stay informed about the weather before visiting a place.
With this feature, when you search for a location on the map, the temperature of that area will be displayed in the top left corner of your Android device's screen.
By clicking on the temperature icon, users can access detailed information about the temperature at different times throughout the day.
This means that you no longer need to switch to a separate weather app to check the forecast.
As of now, this feature is available to a limited number of Android users.
