Pakistan reiterates its unequivocal support for rights of Palestinian people: FM
Islamabad: Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Saturday reiterated Pakistan's unequivocal support for the rights of Palestinian people and their just struggle.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi strongly condemned Israeli Forces' attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque and continued air strikes on Gaza in a telephonic conversation with the Palestinian Foreign Minister, Dr. Riyad Al Maliki.
The Foreign Minister briefed the Palestinian Foreign Minister on Pakistan's efforts to sensitize the international community on the serious situation and the violations of human rights and international law.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi reassured his Palestinian counterpart of Pakistan's steadfast support to Palestinian people during these testing times.
The Palestinian Foreign Minister updated on the dire situation on ground, as well as the efforts being made to prevent its further worsening.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi also reiterated the unequivocal support of the Pakistanis for the rights of the Palestinian people and their just struggle.
Israel has threatened Gaza with ground attack amid airstrikes as conflict grows.
According to details, the death toll in Gaza has reached 113 including women and 31 children. Meanwhile Israel has deployed army personnel and tanks near the besieged Gaza strip.
Israel continued to bombard Gaza strip with air strikes and artillery shells, ignoring appeals from across the world for calm, as it stepped up the deployment of troops and tanks near the besieged Palestinian enclave.
Israeli forces have targeted police headquarters and security buildings in Gaza as they launched a series of air raids on various locations. It is said to be the most intense airstrikes in Gaza since the bombardment in 2014.
