Lahore: Seven utility stores in Pakistan have announced a reduction in the prices of various brands of ghee and cooking oil.
According to a media report, the price of ghee and oil at utility stores have been lessened by Rs7 each per liter.
It has been reported that the reduction in the prices will be applied from today (Thursday). The consumers in Karachi will get the most benefit out of the reduced price as it has become lowest in the city of lights.
It is pertinent to note that last month also witnessed a reduction in the prices of ghee at all utility stores across the country.
The spokesperson of Utility Stores Corporation said that the price of ghee of well-known brands has been reduced from Rs23-Rs38 per kg.
