A delegation of UAE group of real estate companies under the leadership of Sardar Qaisar Hayat, Advisor to the Government of Pakistan on Gulf Countries, visited ABAD House.


Dubai: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) group of real estate companies has announced an investment of 20 to 25 billion dollars in Pakistan's construction sector through and with the support of the Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD).
According to the official press release, Chairman ABAD has welcomed the investment of 20 to 25 billion dollars in the construction sector and assured the full cooperation of ABAD.
According to the statement, a delegation of the UAE group of real estate companies under the leadership of Sardar Qaisar Hayat, Advisor to the Government of Pakistan on Gulf Countries, visited ABAD House.
On this occasion, Pakistan's advisor for Gulf countries Sardar Qaisar Hayat said that the investment of UAE real estate companies in the construction sector of Karachi will not only develop the economy of Pakistan but also provide world-class residential facilities to the citizens of Pakistan.
Sardar Qaiser Hayat said that overseas Pakistanis want to invest more than 25 billion dollars in Pakistan. Pakistan's political and military leadership assures all possible facilities and security to Pakistanis living abroad for investment in Pakistan.
He stated that ABAD is the only representative body of all the builders and developers of Pakistan which also supports the Government of Pakistan in making construction policies.
Sardar Qaiser added that an institution like ABAD would be an excellent source for foreign real estate investors to invest in Pakistan's construction sector. He expressed hope that the institute would provide all possible support to Dubai's investors in Pakistan.
On this occasion, Chairman ABAD Asif Sumsum welcomed the investment of 25 billion dollars in the construction sector in Karachi by the group of real estate companies of UAE saying that foreign investment would revolutionize the construction sector of Pakistan. He assured the UAE real estate company of full cooperation from ABAD in Pakistan.
Asif Sumsum said that Pakistan's growing population and urbanization trends have created a favorable environment for investment in the construction sector. There is a shortage of more than 12 million residential units in Pakistan, which is a golden opportunity for investors.
