The court adjourned the hearing on PTI chairman's bail application in six cases till November 28
Islamabad: The interim bail of former first lady Bushra Bibi and her husband Imran Khan has been extended in the Tosha Khana fake receipts and other six cases.
According to details, Additional District and Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of District and Sessions Courts Islamabad heard the bail application in six cases of Bushra Bibi's Tosha Khana fake receipts and her husband Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan's six cases.
Bushra Bibi's lawyer Khalid Yusuf Chaudhary advocate appeared in the court while former Prime Minister Imran Khan was not presented in court and the report regarding the appearance of PTI chairman could not be presented.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing on PTI chairman's bail application in six cases till November 28, while the interim bail of Bushra Bibi in Tosha Khana fake receipts case was also extended till the same date.
