According to the details, the former Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has filed a post-arrest bail appeal in the Supreme Court in which the federal government and the interior ministry have been made parties.

It has been requested in the petition that the Islamabad High Court (IHC) did not properly evaluate the facts, therefore the decision of the High Court of November 08 should be annulled.
