CTD arrest seven terrorist including TTP commander
According to CTD officials, operations were conducted in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Pakpattan, Sahiwal.
Lahore: The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested seven terrorists including the commander of banned Tehreek-e-Tabliban Pakistan (TTP) during operations in various districts of Punjab.
According to CTD officials, operations were conducted in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Pakpattan, Sahiwal.
Explosive materials, weapons, equipment for making suicide vests have been recovered from the terrorists who were planning attacks on key installations.
According to CTD spokesman, the arrested terrorists have been identified as Musa, Khalid, Nadeem, Akmal and Yasir Yasin. While the TTP commander was identified as Salman.
