The meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Anti-Smog under the chairmanship of caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi will be held today to take decisions on soft lockdown and other proposals to prevent smog.
Different areas of Lahore including Garhi Shahu, Abbott Road, Canal Road, Dharmapura, Laxmi Chowk, Nisbat Road, Kahna, Gajumata, Ferozepur Road, Sanda, Krishna Nagar, Bund Road, Ichhra, Chungi Amarsadhu, Kalma Chowk, Barkat Market, Gulberg. , Gulshan Ravi and other areas received light rain.
After the rain, the weather in Lahore has become pleasant while the minimum temperature of the city has dropped below 15 degrees Celsius.
On the other hand, Karachi's air pollution has also increased and the city of lights has topped the list of polluted cities today.
