ANF recovers 1416 kg drugs in 12 operations
The spokesperson of ANF said that the investigation has been started against all the arrested accused.
Rawalpindi: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) arrested 12 suspects by recovering 1416 kg of drugs during 12 different operations against drug trafficking.
According to the spokesperson of ANF, 500 grams of hashish and 3 kg of opium were recovered from three suspects in a bus in Islamabad.
The spokesperson said that 18 kg of hashish was recovered from three suspects in a bus from Quetta to Karachi on RCD road.
A total of 48 kg hashish was recovered from two suspects in a vehicle and a rickshaw from Ring Road Peshawar.
Three kg of heroin, 1.37 kg ice and 7.2 kg of hashish have been recovered from the house in Rawat.
An accused has been arrested after recovering 950 kg hashish from a vehicle near Yaro Chowk in Pishin.
ANF spokesperson stated that two suspects have been arrested after recovering 55 kg hashish from a vehicle near Jamshoro Toll Plaza Sukkur.
54 kg hashish has been recovered from the accused near Sher Shah in Karachi.
105.5 kg of hashish has been recovered in two different operations in the uninhabited area of Khyber.
In another operation conducted near Kohat in Meetha Khan, 10.8 kg of hashish hidden for smuggling has been recovered.
The authorities also recovered 160 kg of heroin hidden in the bushes from the uninhabited area of Qila Abdullah.
The spokesperson of ANF said that the investigation has been started by registering cases under the Anti-Narcotics Act against all the arrested accused.
