Texas: Elon Musk, the owner of companies like Tesla, SpaceX and X (the new name of Twitter), is known for amazing projects.
However the project he is working on now is not only amazing, but no one would have imagined that Elon Musk could do it.
The billionaire Elon Musk is working on establishing a university. According to a report, he is planning to open a new university in Texas.
Tax documents revealed that Elon Musk donated $100 million to his charity ‘The Foundation’ for this purpose.
The donation will open a primary and secondary school in Austin, which will later be transformed into a university.
According to ‘The Foundation’, the curriculum of this school and university will be based on traditional subjects as well as non-traditional teaching methods.
Initially 50 students will be admitted to the school on merit.
According to the tax documents, financial difficulties will not be allowed to hinder students in this school. If a poor student needs it, his expenses will be met from the resources available to the school.
The school's expenses will be covered by donations and tuition fees, the documents said.
It is pertinent to note that Elon Musk moved to Texas in 2020 and in 2021 he also moved Tesla's headquarters from California to Austin.
His company SpaceX also has a test center operating in Texas.
