Islamabad: Caretaker Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Murtaza Solangi, has said that new avenues of cooperation between China and Pakistan are opening, and the future of the relations between the two countries looks very bright
In a special interview with China Radio International, Murtaza Solangi mentioned that the relations between Pakistan and China entered a new era with the initiation of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects.
Murtaza Solangi that cooperation in the fields of information technology, mining, special economic zones, agriculture, agro-based industries, and tourism is flourishing under the CPEC.
He expressed appreciation for China's Belt and Road Initiative, stating that it is well-regarded by the world, and Central Asian countries are already implementing the initiative.
Murtaza Solangi pointed out that Chinese President Xi Jinping's vision of development is based on universal progress.
He emphasized the successful collaboration between Radio Pakistan and China Radio International, where Pakistani professionals learned valuable insights from their Chinese counterparts and returned to Pakistan with positive experiences.
The Information Minister stressed the importance of the media in highlighting the positive impact of CPEC projects on the lives of local people.
