Islamabad: Maulana Masood-ur-Rahman Usmani, the central deputy general secretary of the Sunni Ulema Council, lost his life in a firing incident involving unknown motorcyclists.
The unfortunate event unfolded in G-7 Town, where assailants on a motorcycle opened fire, resulting in injuries to Maulana Masood-ur-Rahman Usmani and the driver.
Both victims were promptly transported to the hospital for urgent medical attention.
The Sunni Ulema Council confirmed the devastating news of Maulana Masood-ur-Rahman Usmani’s death due to injuries sustained in the firing incident.
In response to this tragic incident, the police have launched a search operation to apprehend the perpetrators responsible for the attack.
