Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan Monday visited the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) headquarters and presided over the meeting.

According to the official statement, Prime Minister Imran Khan along with cabinet members and other government functionaries visited the headquarter of the premier intelligence agency of Pakistan.

During the visit, the premier was briefed over the internal and external security situation and other important matters by Director-General ISI (DG-ISI) Lieutenant General Faiz Hamid.
As per details, Prime Minister was accompanied by the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid, Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin, National Security Advisor (NSA) Moeed Yusuf, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry.
Minister of Defense, The Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, the Naval Chief and the Air Chief were also present during the briefing.
DG ISI Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed welcomed the participants and briefed the top national and military leadership on the regional and national situation.
On the occasion, PM praised ISI's professionalism in addressing national security challenges.
