Imran moves IHC for bail in Toshakhana, £190 million cases
The Accountability Court had rejected the bail of PTI founder in both the cases after his arrest.
Islamabad: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Infas (PTI) founder Imran Khan approached the Islamabad High Court (IHC) for bail in the Tosha Khana and 190 million pound cases.
According to the details, the former Prime Minister Imran Khan has filed separate bail applications in the court for Tosha Khana and 190 million pounds cases.
In the petition filed, it was requested to annul the decision of the accountability court and grant bail till the final decision of the case.
The Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Director General (DG) NAB and investigating officer are parties to the petition.
It is pertinent to note that the Accountability Court had rejected the bail of PTI founder in both the cases after his arrest.
