Makhdoom Javed Hashmi confirms development by taking to his social media account, saying that the police once again have cordoned off his residence.


Multan: The police on Sunday cordoned off the residence of veteran politician Makhdoom Javed Hashmi.
Taking to X, previously known as Twitter, confirmed the presence of police outside his residence in Multan. He also informed the public about the police raid on his residence.

The police had filed a case against Javed Hashmi two days ago for hosting a worker convention at his home. The case implicated thirty-six individuals, including his son-in-law and grandsons.
In a separate development, police in Lahore detained Hammad Azhar's father. The PTI founder instructed party members to organize rallies and political gatherings in preparation for the upcoming February 8 elections.
With the election campaign in full swing, party workers and candidates are intensifying their efforts to secure public support.
