Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared the judges' duty roster for the upcoming elections week.
According to the details, the roster is set to be effective from Feb 5 until further notice, following the consent of the chief justice.
In the duty roster, eight judges of the IHC will be available for case hearings starting on Feb 5, and Justice Babar Sattar will also presume duty.
The duty roster includes eight single benches and four division benches for the hearing of cases. Therefore, a dedicated bench has been made to handle matters related to taxes and commercial cases.
