Usman Dar claims people’s mandate ‘stolen’
On the other hand, Rehana Dar further said that she would not step back and let Khawaja Asif win this seat of Sialkot.
Lahore: Former politician Usman Dar asserted that the vote has been stolen. He said that making fake form-45 would be easy but how can you make up our signature and thumb impressions.
According to the details, Rehana Dar and Usman Dar were talking to media outside Lahore High Court. Usman stated that he has come to LHC to make a plea to dismiss the notification regarding the victory of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Khawaja Asif.
Usman demanded to repoll in NA-71 the constituency of Sialkot, adding that Khawaja Asif has lost elections three times and this time he has also lost 354 polling stations.
He claimed to have all the form-45 with himself. He expressed that Khawaja Asif does not have a single form-45 which he showed publicly. Despite of that, ‘We have already showed all our form-45 in public’.
Dar stated that his mother Rehana Dar would file a petition against Khawaja Asif. Rehana was winning by 50,000 votes but then all of a sudden, she lost for no reason. Dar added that he left politics but his mother is still in politics.
He asserted that Nawaz Sharif knew that he would lost in these elections that is why he humiliated all the voters of Sialkot by stealing their mandate.
Therefore, Dar hoped that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) would bring this matter to justice. On the other hand, Rehana Dar further said that she would not step back and let Khawaja Asif win this seat of Sialkot.
