Fawad Chaudhry granted bail in financial fraud case
The court granted Fawad Chaudhry's bail on surety bond of Rs100,000.
Islamabad: The Former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry Tuesday granted bail in the financial fraud case.
According to the details, District and Sessions Courts Islamabad Judge Dr. Sohail Thahim has pronounced the reserved verdict on Fawad Chaudhry's post-arrest bail application in the financial fraud case.
The request of the former federal minister was accepted by the court. The court granted Fawad Chaudhry's bail on surety bond of Rs100,000.
Yesterday, the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad reserved its decision on the bail application of former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry in the fraud case.
It is pertinent to note that Fawad Chaudhry is accused of taking Rs5 million from a citizen and not giving him a job.
