If the judges want to make an observation against someone, they should notify him first, court remarked.

Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan Thursday ordered to delete the observations against Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Raja Pervez Ashraf by the decision of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
According to the details, a hearing was held in the Supreme Court on the appeal of former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf to delete the observations against him.
During the hearing, the court remarked that judges should be careful while giving observations against a person in his absence. If judges have to make observations against someone, they should notify him first, hoping that judges will be careful while making observations against someone in the future.
The Supreme Court further said that a single judge of the IHC had made strict observations against former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf in 2012. According to National Accountability Bureau (NAB), nothing was proved in the inquiry against Raja Pervez Ashraf.
Later, the Supreme Court accepted the appeal of Raja Pervez Ashraf and ordered to delete the observations against him from the decision of the IHC.
It is pertinent to note that earlier in 2012, Islamabad High Court Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui gave observations against Raja Pervez Ashraf in the Gujjar Khan road case for which NAB was ordered to conduct an inquiry.
