Mian Aslam filed a petition for transitory bail in the Peshawar High Court through a lawyer.

Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) nominee for Punjab Chief Minister Mian Aslam Iqbal Wednesday approached the Peshawar High Court (PHC) for his bail.
According to the details, Mian Aslam filed a petition for transitory bail in the Peshawar High Court through a lawyer, requesting that the petition be fixed for hearing today as Mian Aslam is wanted in various cases in Punjab.
There are 19 cases registered against Punjab Chief Minister-designate Mian Muhammad Aslam, in which an application was filed in the PHC for bail.
On the other hand, an appeal was filed in the PHC for the details of the cases filed against PTI Senator Shibli Faraz.
Shibli Faraz filed the petition through the mediation of Muhammad Inam Yousafzai Advocate, in which the federal government, the four provincial governments and the Gilgit-Baltistan government have been made parties.
In the petition, the position was adopted that Shibli Faraz is a senator and political cases have been made against him, therefore the details of the cases have been requested.
