Court cancels Faisal Javed arrest warrant in journalist threat case
The court asked for further record about this case and postponed the hearing by March 13.
Islamabad: District and Session court has canceled the arrest warrant of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) senator Faisal Javed in journalist threat case.
According to the details, civil judge Qudrat Ullah heard the case. Faisal Javed and his lawyer Sardar Masroof appeared in the court.
PTI’s Senator surrendered himself before the court that is why the court canceled his arrest warrant.
The court asked for further record about this case and postponed the hearing by March 13.
It should be noted that the court issued arrest warrant of Faisal Javed. There was a case filed against him in Bani Gala’s station in 2022.
