Imran Khan seeks permission for dental checkup
The founder of PTI said that it has been seven months, he did not visit the doctor even once.
Rawalpindi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan Friday requested the court for dental checkup.
According to the details, Accountability Court judge Nasir Javed Rana heard the 190 million pound case filed against Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi.
On the occasion of the hearing of the case in Adiala Jail, former Prime Minister Imran Khan's wife Bushra Bibi met him in the court room after two and a half weeks, during which Imran Khan came to the rostrum and asked the court to allow the dentist to do a check-up.
The founder of PTI said that it has been seven months, he did not visit the doctor even once. On which the judge of the accountability court replied that there are doctors in the jail, you should get a check-up form them.
On this occasion, Imran Khan stated: “At the age of 70, I want to have a dental check-up, the prison doctor might remove my teeth,” on which the judge replied said that you should apply for your request and they will issue an appropriate order for it.
During the hearing, the lawyers of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi requested to provide copies of the reference.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing by setting a date of February 27 for the indictment proceedings in the £190 million reference.
