Islamabad: The district and session court of Islamabad has ordered to mark online attendance of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi on next hearing.
According to the details, judge Tahir Abbas Sipra heard the bail pleas of Bushra Bibi in fake receipts’ case and six case against Imran Khan. Despite of the court’s order, Imran Khan’s online attendance has not been marked neither Bushra Bibi appeared in court.
The applicant’s lawyer stated that on the previous hearing Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan’s attendance order was issued.
The investigative officer replied that he did not know anything regarding the production order of Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan.
Judge Tahir Abbas inquired that have Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan investigated in the fake receipts’ case.
The investigative officer responded that yes, they both have investigated in this case.
The applicant’s lawyer said that on next hearing he will give the arguments at 8am on the plea of bail.
However, the court postponed the hearing of bail pleas in this case by March 6.
