Judicial session continues against Akbar Naqvi complains
The Additional Attorney General also read Mazahir Naqvi's letter in the council and said that we have received Mazahir Naqvi's letter today (Friday).
Islamabad: The Supreme Judicial Council’s session has continued on the matter of complains against the former Supreme Court’s (SC) judge Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi.
According to the details, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez chaired the session in which justice Sardar Tariq Masood and justice Mansoor Ali Shah are also included. High Courts’ chief justices Naeem Akhtar Afghan and justice Ameer Bhatti are also a part of this session.
The proceedings of the Supreme Judicial Council are ongoing in court room number one. Chairman Council Qazi Faez Isa stated that the work of Additional Attorney General is over, now the session’s work has started.
The Additional Attorney General also read Mazahir Naqvi's letter in the council meeting and said that we have received Mazahir Naqvi's letter today (Friday).
