Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) and Istehkam Pakistan Party (IPP) have also acceded to support Asif Zardari in presidential elections.


Islamabad: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has asked time to support Pakistan Peoples party’s (PPP) president Asif Ali Zardari for presidential elections.
According to the details, PPP and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s delegation has met with MQM’s leader Khalid Maqbool Siddique and ask him to support Asif Ali Zardari for presidency.
Khalid Maqbool stated that MQM has a history of reconciliation and his party always supported PML-N and PPP hence his party will hold a session tomorrow (Wednesday) in which it will be decided that whether MQM will vote for Zardari or not.
Yusuf Raza Gilani said that PPP always stands for everyone and earlier MQM has also acceded for Asif Ali Zardari now is the time for every party to be united for the sake of country.
It should be noted that Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) and Istehkam Pakistan Party (IPP) have also acceded to support Asif Zardari in presidential elections.
