Islamabad: The price of ghee has been decreased by Rs30 per kg after the approval to increase the volume of Ramadan package by Rs5 billion at utility stores.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif approved an increase of Rs5 billion in the volume of Ramadan package at utility stores, after which the volume of Ramadan package at utility stores was increased from Rs7.5 billion to 12.5 billion rupees.
According to media reports, after the decline of Rs30 in the ghee price, the new price of ghee has settled at Rs335 from Rs365 per kg.
It is also reported that the subsidy price of per kg ghee has been increased from Rs70 to settle at 100 rupees. The reduction in the price of ghee has been applied from today.
