ASF seizes drugs from Doha-bound passenger at Islamabad Airport
The spokesperson said that 2.152 kg of heroin was recovered from the belongings of the accused.
Islamabad: The Airports Security Force (ASF) seized drugs from a passenger going to Doha by conducting an operation at Islamabad Airport.
According to the spokesperson of ASF, the passenger Ismail Khan had skillfully hidden the heroin in the iron frame of the trolley bag, however, the ASF personnel foiled the smuggling attempts by recovering drugs during the search of the goods.
The spokesperson said that 2.152 kg of heroin was recovered from the belongings of the accused. He was handed over to the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) authorities for further legal action.
