During the hearing, Justice Miangul Hassan said that we had disposed of the jail meeting request with instructions.


Islamabad: Lawyer Usman Gul Advocate has requested the court to allow Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi meet on Eid-ul-Fitr.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb of Islamabad High Court (IHC) heard the petition to implement the court’s decision to let Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan meet in Adiala Jail.
During the hearing, Justice Miangul Hassan said that we had disposed of the jail meeting request with instructions.
Usman Gul Advocate replied that yes, we have applied for the implementation of the same court order.
Justice Miangul stated that if the order is not followed, file a contempt of court petition, we will take action, how can court orders be ignored?
The lawyer said that Bushra Bibi and PTI founder should be ordered to meet on Eid. It is also at the discretion of the jail authorities to make an appointment.
Justice Mian adjourned the hearing until the arrival of the Advocate General Islamabad.
