The bails were approved in the cases of New Town and Civil Lines Police Station
Islamabad: The Special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Thursday approved the bail of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in two cases of May 9.
Judge Malik Ejaz Asif of the Special Anti-Terrorism Court pronounced the decision. Advocate Muhammad Faisal Malik and Sardar Abdul Raziq appeared on behalf of Ali Amin.
The bails were approved in the cases of attack on the Army Museum and the office of a sensitive institution registered in New Town and Civil Lines Police Station.
Yesterday, Ali Amin has been granted bail by the Court in eleven cases of May 9.
The Anti-Terrorism Court gave a protective verdict on the bail of 10 activists including Raja Basharat, Zartaj Gul and Waheed Mahfooz.
