Israeli lawyer said that the tragic war is going on but there is no genocide

The Hague: The International Court of Justice (ICJ) will pronounce its decision today (Friday) on the petition against Israel.
According to Arab media, South Africa requested the ICJ to take emergency measures saying that Israel should stop its military operations in Gaza.
South Africa accused Israel of genocide in Gaza saying that Israel's genocide has entered a terrible stage. The Rafah campaign is the final stage of the destruction of Gaza and the Palestinian people.
On the other hand, the Israeli lawyer said that the tragic war is going on but there is no genocide.
The decision of the ICJ against Israel will increase the international legal pressure. The judges of the ICJ decide on the disputes between the states that the states are bound to follow the orders of the International Court of Justice.
