Islamabad: The body of missing child Muhammad Taha on Trail-5 in Islamabad has been found.
According to police, the body of the child was identified by the people of Forest and Environment, who informed the police that the body was found in a deep ditch in which he might had fallen.
Police and rescue people are still unable to recover the body. An iron rod will be used to recover the Taha’s body while the mother and relatives have reached the spot to identify the body.
It has been stated by the police that as per clothes identification and the weight, he seems to be the same child as told by the staff of forest department.
It is pertinennt to note that a student has gone missing from Trail-5 in Islamabad for which the police has registered a case of alleged kidnapping and started a rescue and search operation.
According to the spokesman of Islamabad police, a student who was going for hiking with his friends from Trail-5 of Margalla Hills area of Police Station Secretariat has been allegedly kidnapped.

The police spokesman stated that the Quick Response Team and Margalla Foot Patrol assisted in the operation in which drone cameras were also used in Trail-5 and adjacent areas on Margalla Hills. Safe City cameras were also checked in tracking the movement of the youth.
According to police, Muhammad Taha went hiking with friends on Trail-5, but then he got separated from his friends. Taha's friends called home and asked if he had come home.
The spokesperson of police added that widening the scope of the investigation, various people are being interrogated, while the investigation is being carried out on other aspects of the case as well.
