In the 16th match of the sixth edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL 6), Multan Sultans defeated Karachi Kings by 12 runs.

In the match played in Abu Dhabi, Karachi Kings won the toss and elected to field first.
Multan batted first and scored 176 runs for the loss of 5 wickets.
While chasing the target, Karachi Kings scored 164 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in pursuit of 177 runs given by Multan Sultans.
Riley Russo (44) and Sohaib Maqsood (31) were the standouts for Multan Sultans. Muhammad Rizwan (29) and Shamron Heitmeyer (7) were also dismissed.
For Karachi Kings, Perera took two wickets and Waqas Maqsood and Imad Wasim took one wicket each while one player was run out.
Babar Azam's 85-run innings did not save Karachi Kings from defeat.
Earlier, Karachi Kings captain Imad Waseem won the toss and invited Muhammad Rizwan XI to bat first.
Karachi Kings captain Imad Waseem said that the conditions here are different from Karachi, the spinners in Abu Dhabi will be helped.
On the other hand, Multan Sultans captain Mohammad Rizwan said that his side would try to set a good total. If they won the toss, they would have bowled first.
