Islamabad: Rain with wind and thunder has been predicted in different parts of the country.
According to the Department of Meteorology, the weather will be hot in most parts of the country, while the southern regions will be very hot with dusty winds and thunderstorms.
Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, North-East Punjab, Potohar region and Islamabad are likely to experience thundershowers at few places besides wind and squalls.

The weather is hot in most of the districts of Punjab, while it is very hot in the southern districts with the possibility of dusty winds and gusty winds.
Rain is predicted in Murree, Guliyat, Chakwal, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Gujarat, Gujranwala, Narowal, Sialkot, Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, Faisalabad, Mandi Bahauddin and Bahawalnagar with thunderstorms at few places.
In most of the districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the weather is hot, while in the southern districts, there is a possibility of strong winds and gusty winds. However, in Kohistan, Shangla, Butgram, Swat, Chitral, Dir, Abbottabad, Haripur and Mansehra, strong winds with thunderstorms are expected at a few places.
In addition to hot weather in most districts of Balochistan, dusty winds are likely to blow in southwestern districts, hot weather in most districts of Sindh while hot and humid in coastal areas.
The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan today with strong winds and thundershowers at few places.
