Weather to remain extremely hot in plains today, tomorrow
Jacobabad recorded the highest temperature in the country on Tuesday at 48 degrees Celsius
Lahore: The weather will remain very hot in most of the plains today (Wednesday) and tomorrow (Thursday).
The Meteorological Department has warned that the temperature is likely to be 02 to 04 degrees Celsius above normal for two days.
According to the Meteorological Department, Jacobabad recorded the highest temperature in the country on Tuesday at 48 degrees Celsius.
Besides Sibi, Nurpur Thal, DG Khan, Bhakkar and Mohenjo Daro 47, Okara, Kot Addo, Kasur, Leh, Jhang and Dadu 46, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Turbat and Nawabshah 44, Islamabad, Muzaffarabad, and Hyderabad 42, Peshawar 41, Karachi 36, Quetta 35 and Gilgit recorded 34 degrees Celsius.
