The High Court of Azad Kashmir granted bail to journalist Ahmed Farhad against the bond of Rs200,000

Muzaffarabad: The Azad Kashmir High Court Friday approved the bail of poet and journalist Ahmed Farhad.
The High Court of Azad Kashmir granted bail to journalist Ahmed Farhad against the bond of Rs200,000.
It is pertinent to note that the poet Ahmed Farhad was missing from the federal capital Islamabad in the month of May, for which his wife Urooj Zainab filed an application in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
After the petition was filed, the Azad Kashmir police announced his arrest. 15 days later on May 29, the federal government also announced the arrest of the missing poet and journalist Farhad from Islamabad.
