Price of yellow metal settles at Rs245,100 after a single-day drop of Rs1,300

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan plunged on Monday after a four-day upward trajectory. In the local market, gold price per tola stood at Rs245,100 after a single-day drop of Rs1,300.
The 10-gram gold was sold at Rs210,134 after it registered a decrease of Rs1,113, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). On Saturday, gold price per tola increased by Rs2,000 in Pakistan.
The international gold prices also fell by $12 to settle at $2,376 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
