Sahiwal: Wagon-bike collision, two women died on spot

Sahiwal: In a tragic incident, two women died on the spot due to a collision between a wagon and a motorcycle in Sahiwal.

According to rescue officials, a wagon hit a motorcycle near Pakpattan Road 92/9L in Sahiwal, as a result of which two women lost their lives on the spot.

Officials say that the dead women have been identified as Asia Bibi aged 30 years and Anwar Bibi aged 50 years. Both women were residents of Mamum Kanjan and their bodies have been shifted to the teaching hospital.

Besides, five members of the same family were injured in a traffic accident near Patoki.

According to the rescue, a car collided with a Mazda going ahead near Multan Road Patoki Kahnah Bypass in which five members of the same family were injured. The affected family was on their way to Sahiwal from Lahore.

Officials say that among the injured are Mohib (3), Aurangzeb (41), Muzaffar (47), Sajda (45) and Maskhat (14).
