PCB to take action against disciplinary violations during ICC T20 World Cup 2024
Board will review three detailed reports on player conduct, prepared by the head coach, team manager, and an independent intelligence agency

Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) decided to take action against disciplinary violations involving players from the national cricket team during the ICC T20 World Cup 2024, the sources close to the development said on Friday.
The latest reports said that the PCB would review three detailed reports on player conduct, prepared by the head coach, team manager, and an independent intelligence agency.
A special committee has been set up to thoroughly examine these reports.
A former captain is expected to lead this committee which would play a crucial role in shaping decisions regarding disciplinary actions.
The committee's recommendations would be essential in determining the appropriate measures for players who have breached team discipline. The goal is to ensure that all decisions are fair and based on a thorough evaluation of the evidence.
