Speakers discuss effects of fiscal amendments and rapid changes in tax law

Lahore: A seminar organized by the Pakistan Tax Community Association on Post-Budget 2024 took place at Avari Hotel Lahore on Saturday.
The event was honored by the presence of Chief Guest Mian Tauqeer Aslam, Chairman of the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue, Hafiz Ansar ul Haq, Chairman of the Customs Appellate Tribunal, and Judicial Members Muhammad Mohsin Virk, Monim Sultan, Fakhar Zaman Akhter Tarar, Tariq Iftikhar Ahmed, and Accountant Member Shaban Bhatti.
Keynote speakers included Muhammad Mansha Sukhera, President of the Pakistan Tax Community Association, and Muhammad Ajmal Khan, Advocate Supreme Court, who discussed the effects of fiscal amendments and the rapid changes in tax law. Kashif Anwar, President of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, also addressed the gathering.
The event was moderated by Malik Muhammad Ali Awan, General Secretary of the Pakistan Tax Community Association. Additional remarks were made by Muhammad Ahsan Virk, Senior Vice President PTCA, Zeeshan Warraich, V.P. PTCA, Yousaf Bilal, V.P. PTCA, Muhammad Muqdam Mansha, and the Finance Secretary. The seminar concluded with the distribution of shields.
