Lahore: At least one person died while seven others sustained injuries in two separate road accidents here on Friday.

In Lahore, a pedestrian was killed after a speedy truck ran over him on Multan Road. The pedestrian who died on spot has not been identified as yet.
In a separate incident, a rickshaw overturned after it rammed into a footpath, leaving seven people injured.
After getting information, police and rescue reached the site and shifted injured to nearby hospital.
Reportedly, over-speeding was the cause of both accidents.
